Software support: Post-launch support, updates and an agreed request process. This selection includes: Soft Business Group, REGOS, RSG, BUSOFT.
Assess the service by its deliverables and responsibility boundaries. Before work starts, agree inputs, locations, access permissions and acceptance criteria. Separate required scope from optional work and external dependencies. In an automation project, the service must connect to existing systems, hardware and the team’s everyday operations.
Request milestones, named responsibilities and a handover process. Cost depends on workplace count, configuration complexity and integrations, so it needs a project-specific estimate. Agree documentation, training and support arrangements after launch: these preserve project knowledge and help the business operate and develop the solution.
Software support: Post-launch support, updates and an agreed request process. This selection includes: Soft Business Group, REGOS, RSG, BUSOFT.
Check offer scope against the actual version and configuration. A provider’s relationship to a product can mean development, implementation or integration; these are different roles.
Describe your business format, location count and daily operations. Request a demonstration using your products, orders or data, including exceptional situations.
Match functionality to the contractor’s delivery scope. Clarify launch responsibilities, acceptance criteria and post-transition support before comparing commercial offers.
Budget depends on licences, workplaces, equipment, configuration and integrations. A single location and a distributed chain need different work scopes, so one price cannot be stated without project inputs.
Compare one-time and recurring payments separately. The estimate should explain training, data migration, optional modules, support arrangements and work excluded from the main delivery.
Check current software and device compatibility, data exchange and connection options. The demonstration should cover routine operations as well as returns, errors or connection loss where relevant to the task.
Agree testing, staff training and a fallback workflow. Record access permissions, data preservation and responsibility for resolving problems before launch.
SBG has offices in Tashkent and Samarkand. Published projects cover Uzbekistan networks, including locations in Tashkent, Samarkand, Andijan and Kokand. On-site work and support arrangements are agreed for each location.
For a Software support brief, include business format, location count, existing systems and the expected outcome. Use the official SBG website to discuss a project; technical scope is clarified after assessment.
